We have been professional photographers in Lincoln, NE for over 15 years, and have been shooting real estate for more than half of that. Our pictures are excellent portrayals of the space, how the house is connected, as well as show the really awesome details that make each house unique.
Image turnaround time is next business day (Monday through Friday).

We may have started out as photographers, but video has weaseled its way into our hearts and is now the majority of what we do! Video is an excellent way to showcase a listing, and allows potential buyers to get a real sense of a home before going to check it out. Videos are also another great source of advertising for real estate agents, and who doesn’t like getting their name out there even more!
All real estate videos also come with a Reel version of your video to use on social media.
Real Estate Drone
As the first FAA Part 107 certified pilots in Lincoln, we understand drones and how to use them to elevate your listing. We can capture both photos and video with our drones, depending on the service you schedule. With that in mind, not all homes “need it”, so if drone is something that is beneficial, we will add it at no extra cost, and if not – then we won’t!
Real Estate 360 Click-Through Tour
A 360 click-through tour allows potential buyers to click on points throughout the home and look around at those set points – kind of like on Facebook when someone takes a 360 photo.
This is a great way to showcase a listing!
It's been proven that virtual staging is a great way to show an empty space to potential buyers. Great for new construction homes or vacant spaces.

Dusk lighting is such a beautiful backdrop for exterior photos! But, Mother Nature doesn't always cooperate. That's where dusk renderings come in! We can make a daytime photo look like it was taken during dusk, creating a magical appearance.
